Physioworks Health Group Cranbourne Exercise Physiology department offers pre/post natal assessments & exercise classes; and is running a FREE information evening for Pre and Post Natal Exercise on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 at 8pm.
Physioworks Health Group Exercise Physiologist Brooke De Hey, who is returning to work from maternity leave in December, has first-hand recent experience to share on exercising while pregnant, and the post-natal exercise ‘to get your pre-baby body back’.
Upon arrival at the Information night all mums & mums-to-be will receive a FREE blood glucose and blood pressure check, before Brooke and the EP team explain:
- The benefits of exercise pre and post natally.
- Preventing back pain.
- What does gestational diabetes mean and how can it be avoided?
- What exercise is safe pre and post natally?
