Fitness Classes and Personal Training

Exercise Physiologists’ Brooke DeHey & Jude Hewavasam run fitness classes for those looking to improve their fitness with the guidance and motivation of a trained health professional.

All clients participate in an individual exercise assessment prior to commencing classes where baseline recordings of strength, fitness and health criteria are completed.

Personal Training sessions with Brooke or Jude at Physioworks Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics are available by appointment.

Thursday 2:00pm – 3:00pm Diabetes Exercise Class
Friday 6:00am – 7:00am Fitness Class
Friday 11:00am – 12:00pm Diabetes Exercise Class
