Recently, during Exercise Right Week, the Physioworks Health Group Exercise Physiology (EP) team organised The Exercise Right Games – a day of fun, group exercise & activity (and healthy competition) for EP clients (and their families) from across the Physioworks clinics.
Even the wet, damp weather on the day could not dampen the outdoor exercise enthusiasm, smiles & fun!
Exercise Right Week is an annual awareness campaign by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) directed at all Australians to take control of their health by engaging in regular activity & physical exercise to assist their health, fitness & general well- being.
For many exercise can be daunting. How do I go about it? Where do I start? What exercise is most effective? What exercise is best for me? Who can support me?
